Paste a GitHub URL. Starts an Azure Container Apps Job — results appear when the job finishes (1–3 min).

4. Latest scan

Reads the newest row from scan_results in Postgres.

5. Blob Storage

Upload a file to Azure Blob Storage (appatlas-test container):
